Services Provided

Our websites provide free home valuation estimates, real estate guides and reports, market data, and information about real estate and mortgage services in South Florida. Our home valuation tool generates automated estimates based on publicly available data from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Florida public records. These estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a formal appraisal.

No Appraisal or Guarantee

The home valuation estimates provided through our website are automated calculations based on comparable sales data and public records. They are not formal appraisals, broker price opinions (BPOs), or guaranteed values. Actual property values may differ significantly from our estimates. For an accurate valuation, we recommend scheduling a free Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) with our team or obtaining a licensed appraisal.

MLS Data and Public Records

Property information displayed on our site is sourced from the MLS (via Bridge Interactive / Trestle RESO API) and Florida Department of Revenue public records. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of this data. MLS data is provided under license and is subject to the terms of the respective MLS organizations.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services; to not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data; to not scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from our site; and to not use information obtained from our site for unsolicited marketing to property owners.

Intellectual Property

The Certezza Realty, WOWBroker and 305MOVE names, logos, website design, and original content are the property of Certezza Realty LLC and the WOWBroker Team. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Real Estate and Mortgage Services

Certezza Realty is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. The WOWBroker Team provides real estate services under the supervision of Certezza Realty. Mortgage services are provided by Wil Estrada, NMLS #1733286, through LG Mortgage Corp, NMLS #1858812. Equal Housing Lender / Equal Housing Opportunity. All real estate and mortgage transactions are subject to applicable Florida and federal laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
